"Helados exquisitos, cremosos y muy sabrosos. La atención es súper esmerada y simpática. He leído indignado algunos comentarios de este sitio que no concuerdan con la realidad. Evidentemente con este negocio y muchos otros , hay personas que sólo buscan hacer daño , creyéndose con el poder que les dan las redes para opinar y no hacen más que demostrar que tipo de personas son , esas , que uno desea siempre ignorar. Son las que no viven ( o si pero amargadas) y no dejan vivir. Enhorabuena a la Heladería Nereida. 100% recomendable"

"Una heladería competente en la avenida Historiador Vicente Ramos de Alicante. Nos sentamos de casualidad en su amplia terraza, y en general me convenció todo bastante la verdad. En primer lugar, destacaría para bien la calidad y variedad de los helados. Disponen de bastantes sabores, en mi caso pedí una tarrina de chocolate fondant y de chips ahoy. Ambos sabores me encantaron y los recomiendo totalmente. Ofrecen a los más pequeños la posibilidad de jugar en el interior del local, en una zona habilitada para ello, lo cual puede ser una opción más que interesante para familias con hijos. Con respecto a la higiene y limpieza, todo más que correcto. Los precios son competitivos para la zona, y si le quito una estrella, es porque la atención que recibí fue un tanto dispar. A la hora de tomar los pedidos, así como de traerlos a la mesa, nos atendió una joven con una pulsera de España muy maja y atenta hacia nosotros. Pero a la hora de pedir la cuenta, me tuve que acercar al mostrador a pagar, y me atendió una señora mayor descortés de mala gana, casi parecía querer que nos fuéramos de allí cuanto antes para poder cerrar el local."
